Assured is modernizing insurance claims processing, which is currently manual and inefficient. The company provides software solutions to large insurers for self-service claim filing, fraud detection, and backend decision-making systems. You will serve as Senior Manager of Special Projects, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Ops. This role focuses on delivering high-priority, cross-functional projects spanning strategy, operations, and go-to-market initiatives. You'll drive strategic initiatives by supporting end-to-end execution of company priorities, structuring complex problems using analytical frameworks, and preparing executive-ready materials that translate complexity into clear narratives. You will act as a force multiplier by coordinating cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal. You'll manage the strategic agenda by tracking key initiatives, flagging blockers, and stepping into organizational gaps where there's high need but no clear owner. You'll provide surge support to GTM functions, partnering with sales, marketing, and client engagement teams to solve cross-functional issues and develop customer-facing strategic materials for high-stakes conversations. You should bring 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2–3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or equivalent). You need strong problem-solving skills in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments, exceptional written and verbal communication, and the ability to build market analyses and strategic frameworks from scratch. An execution-oriented mindset, high ownership, and low ego are essential. After an initial stint in Special Projects, there are opportunities to transition to other functional areas.
