CreatorIQ is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success for its Enterprise segment. You will own the success and growth of a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, including Strategic Account Groups (SAG)—multi-brand, multi-region relationships requiring deep operational sophistication and executive-level trust.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior marketing leaders, helping customers shape creator marketing strategies, operating models, measurement frameworks, and long-term program visions. You will lead and develop a team of Customer Success Partners, fostering accountability, strategic thinking, continuous learning, and customer-centricity through coaching, mentorship, and shared best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as senior sponsor and point of escalation for the Enterprise segment, with direct oversight of Strategic Account Group customers, owning customer success, retention, value realization, and long-term growth.
- Act as strategic advisor to senior marketing stakeholders, helping develop and evolve creator marketing strategies, operating models, and measurement approaches.
- Build trusted relationships with VP and C-level marketing leaders, positioning CreatorIQ as a strategic partner.
- Own net revenue retention, renewal forecasting, and expansion strategy across the portfolio.
- Directly manage and develop a team of Customer Success Partners and a Team Lead, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
- Lead strategic business reviews, maturity assessments, and growth planning sessions.
- Represent CreatorIQ externally through industry events, customer roundtables, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Provide guidance on industry trends, emerging best practices, and competitive dynamics.
- Own workload distribution and book-of-business design across the team.
- Serve as senior conduit between strategic customers and the product organization.
- Build and maintain scalable customer success infrastructure, including playbooks, success frameworks, and account health methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Insights, Implementation, Education, Support, and Sales.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Agency Services, Marketing Strategy, or related customer-facing leadership role.
- Deep expertise in creator marketing, influencer marketing, digital media, or adjacent marketing disciplines, with strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, measurement frameworks, and emerging opportunities.
- Experience working directly with enterprise brands, agencies, or sophisticated marketing organizations.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior individual contributors, managers, or team leads.
- Proven success owning net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated experience serving as executive sponsor, strategic advisor, or escalation point for enterprise customers, with ability to build credibility at VP and C-suite level.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and storytelling ability.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer value, strategic partnerships, retention, and expansion.
- Experience representing an organization externally through industry speaking engagements, executive roundtables, webinars, or thought leadership.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to earn trust across large, complex organizations.
- Experience building or scaling customer success processes, operating frameworks, performance metrics, or account health methodologies.
- Tech-savvy and solutions-oriented, with ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through change.
- Passion for the creator economy and enthusiasm for influencer marketing and digital media.
