Twilio is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the New Business Account Executive team for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) regions within EMEA. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Vice President for South & DACH, you will build and manage a high-performing team of solution-selling Account Executives focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving new logo growth. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a high-performing team of account executives focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving new logo growth - Coach and lead the team to identify and execute targeted outbound prospecting strategies across Twilio's full product portfolio - Enable and coach your team on engaging across various levels of customer maturity and segmentation - Work closely with Marketing, Professional Services, and Partner teams to build a robust pipeline and accelerate time-to-value for new prospects - Forecast team performance and present guidance to senior management - Manage monthly forecasting, support fiscal planning, and track revenue for new business accounts The role is remote-based in the UK, Ireland, or Spain, with approximately 25% travel anticipated to build relationships with customers and internal teams. Requirements: - 7+ years of managerial experience within a high-performing CPaaS, Communications, or API-based company - Proven experience building teams, driving pipeline creation, managing monthly forecasting, supporting fiscal planning, and tracking revenue for new business accounts - Experience managing remote teams spread across different countries - Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and business objectives - Industry experience selling CPaaS or SaaS with ability to manage complex sales negotiations - Highly analytical and data-driven; innovative thinker and creative problem solver with natural curiosity - Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision to drive results - Comfortable with ambiguity and working cross-functionally in a high-growth business landscape - BA/BS degree or equivalent required - Energy and enthusiasm with willingness to travel (25% anticipated) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence - Ability to influence and build effective working relationships across all organizational levels
