ChartHop is an AI-first people operations platform serving companies from 10 to 30,000 employees. The platform combines HRIS, performance management, engagement, org analytics, and an emerging agentic AI layer that lets HR teams interact with people data in natural language. Notable clients include 1Password, Sweetgreen, and Headspace.
You will own how ChartHop's go-to-market engine operates as the company consolidates onto HubSpot as its combined sales and marketing CRM. This role blends marketing operations depth with revenue operations acumen—you'll architect lead lifecycles, manage data quality and governance, build funnel analytics, and create dashboards that turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
Marketing Operations responsibilities include owning the HubSpot stack and its integrations, leading data enrichment and segmentation, architecting lead routing and SLAs, running campaign operations and QA, building workflow automation, owning attribution and full-funnel reporting, and championing AI automation opportunities across the GTM function.
Revenue Operations responsibilities include building sales reporting and dashboards in HubSpot, delivering full-funnel conversion analytics from SAL through SQL and beyond, providing visibility at both aggregate and individual rep levels, surfacing trends by persona and industry, supporting account book creation projects, and partnering with sales leadership to define metrics and insights for efficiency and growth. (Note: sales compensation, commissions, and deal desk work sit with Finance.)
Cross-functionally, you'll act as connective tissue between marketing and sales, project manage the Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration, proactively identify process and system gaps, and bring business-level perspective to planning and growth.
You'll be measured on data accuracy and database health, SAL-to-SQL conversion efficiency, speed-to-lead and routing SLA adherence, funnel-stage velocity, attribution accuracy, marketing automation adoption, and the quality and usage of dashboards by leadership and reps.
The company operates as a remote-first team with values centered on speed, inclusivity, transparency, optimism, and being all-in. The marketing function is AI-first, expecting all team members to actively leverage AI to improve research, creation, execution, analysis, and decision-making.
