The People Business Partner team embeds directly with business units to drive people strategies that fuel growth. As Senior Manager of M&A People Integration, you will own the people integration problem end-to-end across Anduril's acquisition portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for orchestrating all people-related integration workstreams, from organizational design and compensation harmonization to benefits integration, cultural alignment, and HRIS/payroll transitions. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and champion the People Integration Playbook, standardizing processes for compensation, leveling, organizational design, benefits, and HRIS/payroll across all acquisitions • Lead execution of Day 1 G&A functional reporting policy, ensuring seamless integration of G&A personnel into core corporate functions from close • Design and implement talent retention strategies, including key talent identification, retention packages, and cultural alignment to minimize attrition • Coordinate critical HR operational deliverables for Day 1 and beyond: offer letters, background checks, benefits enrollment, manager communications, and HRIS/payroll setup • Act as primary People Integration liaison, collaborating with Legal (employment agreements, compliance), People Ops (HRIS), Finance (compensation budgeting), and Business Line leadership • Serve as subject matter expert for HR integration challenges, including international considerations (Works Councils), clearance transfers, and policy harmonization You will regularly present to senior leadership, influence integration strategy decisions, and ensure ideas translate into actionable, value-generating outcomes. This role demands strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels within a fast-paced M&A environment. Required: 8-10+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in M&A integration roles. Proven track record leading complex HR integration projects from diligence through post-close stabilization. Deep expertise in HR regulations, M&A best practices, and ideally government contracting or classified environments. Strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership and change management capabilities. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodologies (Confluence, Airtable, SharePoint a plus). U.S. Person status required due to security clearance requirements.
