Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities, is seeking a Senior Manager of M&A People Integration to lead all people-related integration workstreams across the company's acquisition portfolio.
In this strategic leadership role, you will own the end-to-end people integration problem for acquired companies, including organizational design, retention strategies, total rewards alignment, and cultural integration. You will develop and refine the People Integration Playbook, standardizing processes for compensation harmonization, leveling, organizational design, benefits integration, and HRIS/payroll transitions across all acquisitions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing execution of Day 1 G&A functional reporting policy, ensuring seamless integration of acquired personnel into core corporate functions from close
- Designing and implementing retention strategies to identify key talent, execute retention packages, and foster cultural alignment
- Coordinating critical HR operational deliverables including offer letters, background checks, benefits enrollment, and HRIS/payroll setup
- Acting as the primary People Integration liaison across Legal, People Ops, Finance, and Business Line leadership
- Serving as subject matter expert for HR-related integration challenges, including international considerations and government contracting compliance
You will partner with deal teams, functional leaders, and acquired leadership to ensure new teams are set up to perform from day one. This role demands strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels in a fast-paced M&A environment. You will regularly present to senior leadership and influence decision-making for integration strategies.
Required qualifications include 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 1+ years in M&A integration roles, proven track record leading complex HR integration projects from diligence through post-close stabilization, deep expertise in HR regulations within M&A contexts (ideally with government contracting exposure), strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management tools. U.S. Person status required due to security clearance requirements.
