Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities, is seeking a Senior Manager of M&A People Integration to lead all people-related integration workstreams across the company's acquisition portfolio. In this strategic leadership role, you will own the end-to-end people integration problem for acquired companies, including organizational design, retention strategies, total rewards alignment, cultural integration, and HR operational readiness. You will develop and refine the People Integration Playbook—a standardized process for compensation harmonization, leveling, organizational design, benefits integration, and HRIS/payroll transitions across all acquisitions. Key responsibilities include: - Directing execution of Day 1 G&A functional reporting policy, ensuring seamless integration of acquired personnel into core corporate functions from close - Designing and implementing talent risk mitigation and retention strategies, including key talent identification and cultural alignment initiatives - Coordinating critical HR deliverables for Day 1 and beyond: offer letters, background checks, benefits enrollment, manager communications, and HRIS/payroll setup - Acting as the primary People Integration liaison across Legal, People Ops, Finance, and Business Line leadership - Serving as subject matter expert for HR integration challenges, including international considerations (Works Councils), clearance transfers, and policy harmonization - Presenting integration strategies to senior leadership and driving cross-functional alignment You will work in a fast-paced environment where you operate with strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. The role demands analytical problem-solving, deep HR expertise, and the ability to build repeatable playbooks while adapting to the unique needs of each acquisition. Required: 7-10+ years progressive HR experience with 1+ years in M&A integration roles; proven track record leading complex HR integration projects from diligence through post-close stabilization; deep expertise in HR regulations and M&A best practices, ideally with government contracting or classified environment exposure; strong analytical and executive communication skills; exceptional leadership and change management capabilities; proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management tools (Confluence, Airtable, SharePoint a plus); U.S. Person status required.
