Okta's Corporate Development team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead M&A integration and strategic program execution. In this role, you will own end-to-end deal integration processes for acquired companies and drive high-complexity cross-functional programs that directly impact Okta's growth strategy. Key responsibilities include developing integration and program strategy with thought leadership on organizational initiatives; executing detailed plans for acquisitions and strategic programs while tracking milestones and proactively addressing challenges; coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment; managing executive stakeholder relationships through program meetings and recurring syncs; identifying and resolving program risks with rapid escalation and collaborative problem-solving; updating team playbooks based on documented learnings; and leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and accelerate delivery. You will bring 8-12+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, business operations, corporate development, or related roles, with demonstrated success supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiatives. Enterprise software, B2B SaaS, high-growth operations, or startup experience is valued. You possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, can convey complex ideas strategically and concisely, and have a track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders. You quickly grasp new concepts across diverse technologies and domains, have experience using AI tools or automation to streamline processes, and hold a bachelor's degree. This highly visible role requires detail orientation, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to establish credibility quickly across the organization. You will work in a small, high-performing team that prides itself on creating outsized impact through thoughtful strategy execution and governance.
