Bump is seeking an ambitious Content Specialist to own growth and content strategy for the Brazilian market. You'll be the bridge between Brazilian internet culture and Bump's Paris-based team, creating high-performing short-form content (TikToks, Reels, UGC-style ads) and leading creator partnerships to drive app adoption and retention in Brazil.
In this role, you'll own the entire Brazilian content and creator ecosystem. You'll create and oversee content production, build and manage a pipeline of Brazilian creators from micro-influencers to top-tier talent, run influencer campaigns, and collaborate with paid marketing to turn creative into performance. You'll stay ahead of trends, write creative briefs, provide feedback to external creators, and help shape Bump's creative direction for the market.
You'll work daily in the Paris office alongside growth, distribution, and product teams, participating in brainstorms, testing ideas rapidly, and supporting launches and Brazil-focused activations. This is a hands-on role where you'll both create content and lead others, with direct visibility into how your work drives millions of impressions and app growth.
You bring 1–5+ years of short-form content experience (brand, agency, influencer, or creator background). You have proven experience making content for ads, particularly UGC, and managing or giving creative feedback to creators. You're deeply fluent in TikTok and Instagram trends, understand the Brazilian creator landscape intimately, and are fluent in both Portuguese and English. You must have lived in Brazil and be willing to work in-person in Paris full-time.
