Pomelo Care is a virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. The company combines 24/7 clinical care with technology to identify risks early and deliver personalized care nationwide. As Senior Manager of Internal Communications, you will own two core areas: ensuring clinical and operational updates reach frontline teams clearly, and supporting company-wide communications that keep the organization aligned. All-Company Communication responsibilities include owning content strategy and speaker prep for biweekly all-hands meetings, quarterly OKR updates, annual offsites, and ad hoc forums. You'll partner with executive leadership and external PR on change management, ensuring internal and external messaging align. You'll establish frameworks to determine appropriate communication interventions based on scale, complexity, and sensitivity. Acting as a communications coordinator, you'll maintain visibility across the organization, manage a comprehensive communications calendar, and create resources to empower employees to communicate in ways that align with company brand voice. All-Clinical Communication responsibilities require embedding with the clinical team to understand their audience, experiences, strategic roadmap, and challenges. You'll partner early with clinical leaders during initiative planning so communication is built into rollouts from the start. You'll manage the clinical communications calendar, develop guidelines for appropriate messaging channels, and serve as an editorial thought partner to clinical and operational leaders. For key communications, you'll draft messaging and provide feedback on existing communication rhythms to identify gaps and improvements. You bring 5+ years of internal communications, strategic operations, or executive communications experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical settings. You're a clear, direct communicator who favors plain language. You have editorial confidence to challenge senior leaders when messages are unclear. You demonstrate deep empathy for diverse audiences in fast-paced settings, think systemically to build frameworks from concrete tasks, and are highly organized with a track record of managing complex multi-channel rollouts.
