Cloudflare is seeking an experienced, action-oriented leader to serve as the primary strategic network lead for the company's Latin America (LATAM) infrastructure footprint. This role acts as a critical liaison between Cloudflare and LATAM's major Internet Service Providers (ISPs), telecom operators, commercial datacenter providers, and transport carriers. You will provide strategic leadership and regional expertise to align network growth, scale infrastructure capacity, and support high-performing digital services across the region. Cloudflare runs one of the world's largest networks powering millions of websites and Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. The company protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. REQUIREMENTS: • 15+ years of strategic leadership experience in telecommunications, interconnection/peering, datacenter colocation, or digital infrastructure across LATAM • Extensive experience engaging with senior leadership at major telecommunications operators and service providers across key LATAM markets • Strong understanding of IP routing (BGP), IXPs, DNS, traffic engineering, and content delivery networks • Professional fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese fluency preferred • Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing complex strategic initiatives across regional and global stakeholders
