Relativity Space is building the Terran R rocket to deliver payloads to orbit and advance space exploration. As Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement, you will lead a team of procurement professionals and own strategy for a large, complex indirect supply chain portfolio spanning ground support infrastructure, construction, metal structures, fabrication, and other local commodities across multiple sites. You will be accountable for total cost, supplier performance, and service delivery across your categories. Key responsibilities include: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of category managers and sourcing specialists, setting priorities, building capability, and fostering accountability and collaboration • Own a large, complex indirect portfolio, driving total cost management, savings realization, supplier performance, and service excellence • Define and execute multi-year category and supplier strategies that balance near-term cost reduction with long-term resilience, scalability, and manufacturability • Lead high-value and complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations, setting strategy and securing favorable commercial, technical, and delivery outcomes • Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships at the senior level, driving continuous improvement and performance • Partner with and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Launch and Testing, Facilities, HR, Legal, and business units • Represent indirect procurement in cross-functional decisions that shape the Terran R program This role sits at the intersection of technical ambition and business execution. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other functions to make decisions that support both immediate program needs and long-term scaling. The Supply Chain team is central to turning design intent into executable reality, balancing lead time, cost, complexity, and manufacturability.
