Birdeye builds AI coworkers for multi-location brands, with products including Jay (marketing), Myna (operations), and Robin (customer experience). The company operates BirdAI, an Agent OS built on 13 years of multi-location data infrastructure and 3,000+ integrations, serving healthcare, dental, restaurants, financial services, auto, retail, and property management.
This Senior Manager role owns the healthcare and dental vertical narrative end-to-end, reporting to the SVP of Product Marketing. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategy for Myna, Birdeye's AI coworker for front desk operations, positioning it as it moves from beta to general availability.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own healthcare and dental segment positioning and buyer-specific messaging for distinct stakeholders: system CMOs, digital marketing leaders, patient access and contact center leadership, service line owners, DSO and dental group operators, compliance and IT reviewers.
• Develop the Myna go-to-market strategy, positioning, launch plan, and sales enablement. Myna integrates with EHRs, PMSs, and CRMs, connecting patient acquisition to booking.
• Move compliance conversations (HIPAA, BAAs, PHI handling, SOC 2, EHR/PMS integration) from late-stage blockers to early-stage differentiators.
• Build and maintain a cleared healthcare and dental proof library—outcomes, benchmarks, case studies, references—with proper name-abstraction and clearance rules applied.
• Conduct competitive intelligence on patient acquisition, patient access, healthcare reputation, point solutions, and AI scheduling entrants in the vertical.
• Create enablement materials: talk tracks, discovery questions, ROI framing, and objection handling for enterprise AEs and solution engineers.
The role recognizes that patient discovery has shifted—families now search ChatGPT and Google before scheduling, meaning health system visibility is decided at the location level. Most systems lack strategy for this channel and struggle with front desk operations (unanswered calls, inconsistent screening, staffing challenges). This role tells that integrated story to buyers.
You will work with both healthcare systems and dental groups, understanding that they are distinct buyer personas with different needs, compliance concerns, and decision-making processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6+ years in B2B product marketing or adjacent GTM, with meaningful time in healthcare, dental, or health tech
• Deep understanding of how health systems and dental groups buy: committees, security review, procurement, pilots, location-level dynamics
• Experience writing for regulated buyers; knowledge of compliance guardrails
• Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to engage health system marketing leaders without scripts
• Comfortable with data and analytical rigor
• Hands-on curiosity about agentic AI; ability to explain Myna's capabilities on live calls
• Bonus: patient access, revenue cycle, EHR/PMS ecosystem experience, or multi-location marketing at scale
