You'll join the Finance team as Senior Manager, GTM Finance, serving as the primary finance partner to Marketing leadership while collaborating closely with Sales and GTM Operations. This is a high-impact role focused on bringing financial rigor and commercial insight to growth investments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Marketing leadership on annual and quarterly budget planning, spend tracking, and re-forecasting across all channels and programs
- Own marketing performance reporting including funnel conversion, pipeline creation, CAC, and marketing ROI, translating data into clear recommendations
- Build and maintain demand generation models connecting marketing investment to pipeline, bookings, and payback
- Support sales capacity planning, quota setting, and headcount modeling in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations
- Analyze the full GTM funnel end-to-end, identifying where investment is working and recommending actions
- Manage month-end close activities for marketing spend, including accruals, budget-vs-actuals, and variance analysis
- Establish spend governance and tracking, providing Marketing real-time visibility into budget consumption and ROI by program
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Revenue, GTM Operations, and business systems to ensure clean data flows
- Identify process and tooling gaps, building scalable planning frameworks as the GTM finance function matures
- Contribute models, dashboards, and processes that support scale in a fast-growing environment
You bring 8+ years of FP&A, GTM finance, or commercial finance experience with meaningful exposure to Marketing and/or Sales finance. You have deep fluency in marketing and GTM metrics (funnel conversion, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, marketing ROI, payback), hands-on budget planning and re-forecasting experience, and strong modeling skills including demand generation and sales capacity planning. You're comfortable with finance and GTM systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and planning/BI tools. You excel at building relationships with Marketing and Sales leadership, influencing with data, and communicating complex financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders. You have a builder mindset, comfortable working through ambiguity and implementing scalable improvements.
