Oura is seeking a Senior Manager of Global P2P Accounting Operations to lead the company's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) accounting function. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will oversee global Accounts Payable operations, drive cross-functional alignment with Procurement and FP&A, and establish operational excellence across international AP benches.
Key responsibilities include: leading P2P execution and PO matching workflows to ensure accurate transactional accounting at scale; modernizing and centralizing international AP operations across multiple entities and currencies; ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, VAT/GST, and cross-border payment rules; optimizing AP systems (NetSuite, Coupa, Zip) and establishing KPIs around invoice cycle times, matching accuracy, and cost-per-invoice; managing global disbursement cycles and payment operations in collaboration with Treasury; ensuring subledger integrity and GL reconciliation to support accelerated month-end close; designing and maintaining SOX-compliant internal controls, delegation of authority frameworks, and segregation of duties; and building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing global AP team.
This role sits at the intersection of Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting, requiring strong cross-functional partnership skills and operational acumen. You will drive process automation, eliminate manual friction, and establish governance frameworks aligned with public-company readiness standards.
