Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and preventing fraud. The company is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Analysis to support top-line performance, strategic planning, and executive decision-making in a high-growth SaaS environment. The role reports to the VP of FP&A and collaborates closely with go-to-market leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. You will own top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities, providing accurate and insightful analyses to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining complex financial models to forecast revenue, ARR, backlog, net dollar retention, LTV, and CAC. You will monitor and communicate KPIs to business leaders and the board, act as a strategic advisor to the go-to-market organization with data-driven analysis, and lead process improvements across FP&A, accounting, revenue operations, and business operations. You will partner with business operations to automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools, and support high-impact strategic initiatives including M&A evaluation and capital raises. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar quantitative discipline (MBA or CPA preferred), 8+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting, FP&A, or Corporate Finance at high-growth tech/VC-backed companies, with at least 3 years in a people management role. You need extensive financial modeling experience, high proficiency in financial systems (ERP and planning/reporting tools), Excel, and AI-enabled analytics platforms. Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus. Strong work ethic, curiosity, quantitative skills, analytical and communication abilities, and a track record of recruiting and mentoring financial analysts are essential.
