Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy and compute backbone for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. They own and operate the full stack from electrons to tokens, addressing the critical bottleneck of power availability for AI compute.
As Senior Manager, Finance - Supply Chain, you will be the strategic finance partner to Crusoe's Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams. You'll own end-to-end financial planning and analysis for the supply chain organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for GPUs, CPUs, storage, and networking hardware.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining financial models to track unit economics, landed cost, and inventory metrics; partnering with procurement and operations leaders to evaluate supplier contracts and total cost of ownership for critical infrastructure; developing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership; leading cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives; supporting scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for capital expenditures and vendor negotiations; creating a lifecycle management program including circular centers and warranty programs; ensuring accurate capitalization and cost allocation in partnership with accounting; and mentoring junior finance team members.
You'll translate complex operational data into clear financial insights, drive data-informed decisions on capital and operating spend, and help the business scale efficiently while maintaining rigorous cost discipline. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data center operations, and supply chain leaders.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 7+ years of progressive finance experience with significant exposure to supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance; advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; experience with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, or similar); demonstrated ability to translate operational data into executive narratives; experience partnering on supplier contracts and capital planning; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: MBA or CPA; experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environments; background with hardware or physical infrastructure supply chains; familiarity with capital equipment accounting and depreciation; prior experience building FP&A processes at scaling companies.
