The Finance & Strategy team works cross-functionally to support growth, innovation, strategic initiatives, and capital investments. The Supply Chain Finance team plays a mission-critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and strategic visibility across materials planning, inventory management, and manufacturing cost systems.
In this role, you will lead the Supply Chain Finance team and set strategic direction for inventory financial planning, materials spend management, and manufacturing and bill of materials cost analysis. You will drive end-to-end improvements across finance, supply chain, and materials management regarding financial management of the bill of materials, capturing evolutions of the vehicle over time.
Key responsibilities include establishing frameworks for tracking and analyzing inventory movements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with MRP systems. You will oversee BOM to MRP comparison and reconciliation efforts, ensuring material requirements align with engineering specifications and production plans. You will direct root cause analysis to explain variances between actual manufacturing consumption rates and BOM standards while driving corrective actions.
Additionally, you will develop and implement financial controls and processes for supply chain operations, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize cost structures, manage supplier relationships from a financial perspective, and provide visibility into supply chain financial metrics to leadership and the Board.
