Salary: USD 195,000 - 235,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from electrons to tokens, addressing the critical bottleneck of power availability for AI compute. You will serve as Senior Finance Manager for the Sales and Revenue organization, reporting to Finance leadership. This is a highly visible, commercially focused role at the intersection of Sales and Finance, responsible for bringing analytical rigor to deal structuring, revenue forecasting, and commercial insights. Key responsibilities include: - Own the revenue forecast model end-to-end, integrating pipeline, bookings, and consumption data to produce reliable forward-looking views that leadership can depend on, continuously refining as deal patterns evolve - Partner with Sales and Deal Desk on non-standard and large deals, evaluating pricing, discounting, margin impact, and contract structure to ensure deals are both competitive and financially sound - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, and bookings trends, surfacing actionable insights for Sales and executive leadership - Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis, comparing forecasted to actual revenue, identifying drivers of variance, and working with Sales leadership on corrective actions - Develop and maintain frameworks for evaluating deal profitability, discount guardrails, and contract terms to ensure consistency across the deal desk process - Act as the finance point of contact for Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal on deal-related financial questions, representing the commercial forecast in broader FP&A planning - Streamline and automate recurring sales and revenue reporting to shift focus from data compilation to analysis You bring 7+ years of progressive finance experience with meaningful time supporting a sales or revenue organization, ideally including deal desk or pricing responsibilities. You have demonstrated ownership of revenue or bookings forecasts in subscription, usage-based, or enterprise sales environments. Advanced financial modeling skills are essential—you're comfortable building driver-based models and scenario analyses from scratch. You command Excel/Google Sheets and have experience with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar). Strong business partnering instincts, judgment to constructively challenge assumptions, and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders are critical. You thrive with ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical field required; MBA or CFA preferred. Bonus experience includes supporting sales organizations selling infrastructure, cloud, or technical/enterprise products; prior deal desk ownership including discount approval workflows; or experience standing up or significantly improving revenue forecasting processes at scaling companies.
