Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 / annual
Unite Us is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Implementation to lead the delivery of strategic solution design, implementation consulting, and enterprise account stand-up services for complex customers and partnerships. This role is part of the Product Delivery department and focuses on embedding Unite Us team members with customers during critical stages of partnership development to accelerate time to value and drive measurable outcomes.
You will serve as a trusted implementation advisor to customer stakeholders, helping translate operational objectives, program requirements, and organizational priorities into actionable implementation plans. Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions and requirements-gathering activities, managing major projects and co-development initiatives, coordinating deliverables across cross-functional teams (Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Network), and developing solution design artifacts and implementation roadmaps.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to document business processes, operational workflows, and governance structures. You'll facilitate customer meetings and project governance activities, identify and escalate implementation risks, and provide consultative recommendations to support enterprise customers through complex implementation challenges. Additionally, you'll monitor project health and key milestones, develop transition plans and knowledge-transfer materials, and contribute to the evolution of Enterprise Services delivery methodologies and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in a business, public health, or social services environment
- Experience leading complex projects and implementations with organization and confidence
- Experience building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Demonstrated ability to be consultative and manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to break down complex ideas and tailor messages to specific audiences
- Demonstrated ability to be both organized and agile, keeping projects running smoothly while pivoting when needed
- Experience analyzing data to pull out insights and drive action
- Experience learning new tools and software; preferred experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite
