ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise Sales focused on the Manufacturing vertical. You will lead a team of 8 Enterprise and Strategic Solution Sales Executives driving new business growth across the US manufacturing sector. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic territory planning with active deal participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of 8 sales executives focused on Enterprise and Strategic accounts in manufacturing
- Develop and execute territory sales strategy in partnership with Sales Operations, including competitive analysis and GTM planning
- Actively participate in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity closure
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales team members
- Establish territories, quotas, and performance expectations; manage forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and annual basis
- Serve as subject matter expert and ServiceNow advocate in C-level customer meetings
- Build cross-functional relationships with Solution Consulting, Sales Specialists, Technical Support, Professional Services, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership
- Travel 50%+ across US accounts and team members as needed
The role requires a blend of enterprise software expertise with startup-level agility. You'll be based in a US metro area (preferably within 1 hour of a major airport such as Bay Area, LA, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, NYC, DC, or Charlotte).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years in Enterprise Segment sales; Strategic Enterprise (10K+ employees) strongly preferred
- Proven track record as a new business sales leader with strong presentation and negotiation skills, including C-level engagement
- Consistent quota over-achievement in Enterprise/Strategic sales
- Strong talent management background: recruiting, coaching, and building high-performing teams
- Strategic and financial acumen with analytical planning skills
- Process-oriented with experience driving sales processes and partnering with Sales Operations
- Understanding of IT landscape and business drivers
- Ability to develop long-term, senior-level strategic relationships
- Adaptability and thriving in fast-changing, high-growth environments
- AI-forward mindset: uses or critically evaluates AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making
- Startup mentality combined with enterprise software pedigree
- Nice to have: Manufacturing industry experience
