Ramp is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and build out its Emerging Talent function—a strategic recruiting initiative focused on identifying and developing exceptional early-career talent before competitors do. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will own the full emerging talent strategy, operating model, and results, spanning internship programs, campus recruiting, early-career hiring, community relationships, events, candidate programming, and intern-to-full-time conversion.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing a world-class internship experience with seasonal programs, events, and manager partnerships; building high-conviction relationships with universities, student communities, and technical networks; identifying original channels to attract exceptional technical and engineering talent early; partnering with Engineering, Product, and business leaders on workforce planning and conversion outcomes; and designing new experimental programs that create competitive advantage, then scaling what works into repeatable systems.
You will have executive backing and a clear mandate to build something category-defining. The role requires strategic judgment paired with hands-on execution—you'll set direction, manage details, and drive results.
Ramp automates how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies, providing smart infrastructure for finance teams embedded in transaction flows. The company culture emphasizes high agency, high urgency, and end-to-end ownership of consequential problems.
