ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Content Strategy to lead the company's content vision across its digital ecosystem in an AI-first world. This strategic leadership role combines content architecture, editorial governance, and narrative strategy to transform ServiceNow.com and related digital experiences into intelligent, connected systems.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Content Leadership**: Define ServiceNow's digital narrative framework, translating business priorities and product strategy into content models and experience patterns. Develop strategies that balance customer needs, business objectives, search behavior, and AI discoverability across buying-group journeys.
**AI-Ready Content Systems**: Build structured content models optimized for traditional search, AI-powered discovery, conversational interfaces, personalization engines, and emerging agentic systems. Ensure content is modular, reusable, and machine-readable while remaining human-centered.
**Digital Experience Strategy**: Partner with Experience Strategy, Architecture, Product Marketing, Brand, and UX teams to define content strategy for high-value customer journeys, including homepage, product pages, solution journeys, campaigns, and AI-powered experiences.
**Editorial Stewardship**: Serve as the editorial authority for ServiceNow's digital presence, establishing standards that ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with customer needs and brand voice. Provide strategic editorial direction to improve narrative flow and comprehension across the organization.
**Content Governance & Optimization**: Establish scalable governance frameworks, playbooks, and best practices. Lead content audits to identify opportunities for simplification and modernization. Partner with SEO, Analytics, and Experimentation teams to use behavioral data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
**Organizational Enablement**: Build frameworks and guidelines that empower distributed marketing, product, and content teams to develop better digital experiences independently while maintaining quality standards.
This role requires deep expertise in content strategy, editorial leadership, information architecture, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams. The ideal candidate brings experience scaling content systems in complex organizations and understands how AI is transforming digital discovery and customer engagement.
