Relativity Space is building rockets (Terran R vehicle) to deliver payloads to orbit and advance space exploration. The company combines 3D printing manufacturing with aerospace engineering to pioneer commercial launch capacity. You will join the Finance team as Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance. This is a high-visibility role that owns the company's financial planning, reporting, and executive communication infrastructure. Key responsibilities: • Own the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process end-to-end: set timelines, drive accountability across financial business partners and department leaders, synthesize financial and operational data into clear narratives for executive leadership and the Board, surface risks and opportunities, and distill variance analysis into actionable insights. • Support the Senior Director in leading the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly reforecasts, aligning department leaders on targets and key assumptions. • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow) tailored to aerospace-specific capital intensity and long-range production cycles, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting that integrates cost-to-date and estimate-to-complete into forward-looking program forecasts. • Use Planful to extract, structure, and analyze complex datasets; build reporting dashboards enabling functional leaders to independently monitor budget-to-actual performance. • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes, raising the bar on speed, accuracy, and consistency as the company scales. • Lead a team of three G&A Finance Business Partners, setting standards for financial synthesis and executive communication. You will sit at the center of critical decision-making, combining financial rigor with deep technical context. The Finance team spans FP&A, corporate development, and business operations, and you'll have the opportunity to stretch across disciplines and influence the company's trajectory.
