Salary: USD 108,500 - 201,500 / annual

DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, seeks a Senior Manager of Content Approval Operations to drive enterprise-wide process optimization and operational excellence. Based in East Hanover, NJ (no remote option; local candidates only), this role owns a portfolio of process, policy, and capability improvement initiatives across content approval operations. Key responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks and operating standards to promote consistency and accountability; leading process optimization initiatives from assessment through implementation; developing scalable operating models that support organizational growth; and leading complex cross-functional initiatives across business, operations, compliance, and technology teams. You will coordinate priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, maintain process documentation for audit readiness and compliance, and identify automation and AI-enabled solution opportunities. The role requires strong analytical capabilities to establish performance indicators, analyze operational trends, and provide strategic insights to leadership. You will partner with technology teams to translate business challenges into actionable requirements and support adoption of emerging technologies. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree in Life Science, Data Analytics, or Business Management preferred); minimum 5 years in operations, program management, process improvement, business transformation, or compliance; demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change in matrixed environments; experience implementing governance frameworks and operational controls; strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities; and familiarity with operational excellence methodologies. Desirable: PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification; experience leading enterprise transformation or technology-enabled process improvements in highly regulated environments; knowledge of automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions. Up to 5% travel (domestic/international) required. No relocation assistance provided.
