Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is building better long-term care for the 1+ billion people living with obesity worldwide. The company operates Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. Eucalyptus operates across 5 markets (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada) and has received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS. As Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, you will be a high-impact member of the Australian leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager for Australia. You will work closely with leaders across Growth, Product, Operations, Clinical, Finance, and Analytics to build a clear view of business performance, evaluate capital deployment opportunities, and translate complex analysis into practical recommendations. Key responsibilities include: • Build and maintain a clear view of commercial performance across revenue, acquisition, conversion, retention, gross margin, and contribution margin; identify underlying drivers and translate into insights for leadership. • Partner with FP&A on annual planning, reforecasting, and scenario modeling; help functional leaders understand how their decisions affect financial performance. • Develop analysis and commercial cases that help leadership compare investment opportunities across conditions, products, channels, and patient segments; make clear recommendations on capital allocation. • Analyze customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, payback, retention, and margins across products, channels, and patient cohorts; help teams understand commercial levers they can influence. • Investigate opportunities across pricing, packaging, retention, product mix, acquisition, and margin; partner with functional leaders to translate analysis into action and track value realization. • Assess potential treatments, conditions, partnerships, and business models; structure opportunities, develop commercial cases, and provide clear recommendations. • Lead cross-functional work on commercial questions that span multiple functions; structure ambiguous problems and move work from analysis through implementation. • Establish tools, frameworks, and forums that enable leaders to understand performance, compare opportunities, and make timely decisions. In your first six months, you will help position the Australian business to consistently identify, compare, and act on the most effective growth opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with FP&A and functional leaders, improve commercial performance understanding, and introduce greater structure and rigor into investment decisions. As your understanding and credibility grow, you'll take increasing ownership of commercial recommendations and cross-functional decisions. REQUIREMENTS: • Approximately 6 years of experience in a highly analytical environment. Background may come from strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or a commercial role in a high-growth consumer, subscription, or technology-enabled business. • Substantial track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact commercial problems and turning recommendations into measurable outcomes. • Highly analytical with ability to build and interrogate financial models, identify variables that matter, and use analysis to make commercial decisions. • Strong understanding of high-growth consumer economics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, payback, and contribution margin. • Comfortable moving between long-term business cases and operational detail behind specific performance problems. • Clear communication skills; ability to turn complex analysis into straightforward recommendations and influence effectively without formal authority. • Healthcare experience welcome but not required. • Takes responsibility for business outcomes and stays involved beyond analysis; forms views and makes recommendations rather than simply presenting options. • Curious and investigates root causes; moves quickly through ambiguity while maintaining high standards; willing to challenge assumptions and change mind when evidence changes.
