Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 / annual
Twin Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Growth & Success to own the ongoing success of a portfolio of employer clients accessing Twin Health through strategic health plan partnerships. You will report to the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans and serve as the primary strategic advisor to 5-10 strategic employer clients, driving engagement, satisfaction, program performance, retention, and growth.
Twin Health empowers people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity using AI Digital Twin technology. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Client Value: Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with employer clients and key stakeholders. Develop deep expertise in Twin Health's programs, clinical operations, implementation processes, and health plan delivery model. Navigate complex employer and health plan stakeholder environments. Use program and outcomes data to provide consultative recommendations. Prepare and deliver compelling client reporting and business reviews. Proactively monitor client health and mitigate risks to satisfaction and retention.
Drive Adoption & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to maximize program awareness, adoption, and member engagement. Partner with Member Marketing to develop promotional strategies. Support client events, webinars, and open enrollment activities. Identify and scale best practices across the portfolio.
Grow Revenue & Renewals: Own the client renewal lifecycle, ensuring strong positioning and successful renewals. Develop understanding of each client's benefit strategy and decision-making process. Identify opportunities to expand Twin's impact through additional programs and solutions. Surface renewal and expansion risks early. Deliver against portfolio retention and expansion targets.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead client escalations and coordinate resolution across Implementation, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams. Partner with the health plan relationship team to ensure alignment. Represent employer feedback internally. Operate with ownership, urgency, and strong follow-through.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, benefits consulting, or customer-facing role, ideally in healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, or services-driven organization
- Experience managing employer clients or employer relationships delivered through health plan, benefits consultant, or channel partnership strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of employer benefits and/or health plan environments
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and drive client engagement, retention, and growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, resourceful, comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and effective at influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed (estimated up to 25%)
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visa
