Salary: USD 300,000 - 360,000 / annual

As Senior Manager, Channel Sales, you will drive the execution of channel partnerships across North America, focusing on growing channel performance and supporting revenue growth through strong partner relationships. Key responsibilities include: **Channel Execution:** Support development and execution of North America channel strategy, identify and prioritize strategic partners for growth, and contribute to regional plans supporting revenue and market expansion. **Partner Development:** Support recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of channel partners; maintain a healthy and growing partner ecosystem aligned to company objectives; drive consistent partner engagement and follow-through. **Performance Management:** Track partner performance, pipeline, and KPIs; monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve partner effectiveness; use data to support recommendations and strengthen channel execution. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to align channel initiatives with business goals; support partner communication and issue resolution; build trusted relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders. **Planning and Reporting:** Manage channel activities against budget and performance goals; provide clear updates on channel progress, opportunities, and risks; stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Required qualifications: 8+ years in channel management, business development, or related field; experience supporting successful channel programs in North America; background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical B2B environments preferred; strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency with CRM and channel management tools; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
