Gong is seeking a Senior Manager for its Center of Excellence (CoE), an internal team that serves as proof-of-concept for Gong's own revenue AI platform. The CoE sits within GTM Ops and the AI Acceleration team, owning instance governance, workflow design, product feedback, and early adoption of new capabilities. In this builder and operator role, you will run projects end-to-end: scoping, building, testing, documenting, and handing off. You will own and execute CoE projects across five key workstreams: instance governance, GTM process design and optimization, product feedback and roadmap influence, customer zero and revenue enablement, and AI acceleration for the GTM function. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining governed workflows in Gong (deal boards, smart trackers, engage flows, automated plays/custom agents) with clear ownership and documentation - Managing projects and conversations with product, cross-functional partners, and customer zero test groups; serving as an early adopter and tester for new Gong products, MCP integrations, and AI agents - Developing referenceable assets (case studies, process documentation, workflow snapshots) for GTM and Sales to use with prospects and customers - Contributing to quarterly point-of-view on product direction, competitive landscape, and instance health; presenting findings to RevOps leadership - Driving instance governance standards: naming conventions, access control, periodic audits of trackers, dashboards, and boards - Owning GTM persona workflow mapping by interviewing reps to understand workflows and map to AI maturity, informing sprint priorities for the AI Acceleration team - Working directly with Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Product, and Engineering to turn one-off requests into scalable, governed solutions You will report to the CoE Lead and operate in a small team with a large mandate, requiring comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to prioritize high-impact work. QUALIFICATIONS: - 3-5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related GTM function, with direct SaaS experience - Prior experience using Gong as an end user or administrator strongly preferred - Track record of owning projects from scoping through execution without heavy oversight - Strong technical aptitude: comfortable working across Salesforce, Gong, various LLMs, and workflow/automation tools; experience with Retool, Snowflake, or agent-building platforms is a plus - Data-driven mindset with judgment to know when a process is worth scaling - Strong written communication skills; ability to translate technical work into clear business-facing narratives for prospects, customers, and executives - Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a small team with a large mandate; able to say no to work that doesn't meet the bar - Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
