Reporting to the VP of Finance Operations, you will combine deep Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process expertise with hands-on systems knowledge to drive design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications. You will own the end-to-end Q2C process and systems lifecycle, leading projects from requirements and stakeholder alignment through UAT and rollout. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless integrations between Salesforce, billing, finance systems, and AI solutions; identifying and resolving bottlenecks impacting revenue velocity and financial accuracy; and driving automation and process standardization. This includes configuration, integrations, upgrades, and day-to-day operations in partnership with Finance. You will drive data integrity across financial systems and the broader enterprise tech stack, and partner with Finance leadership to evaluate and implement systems supporting company growth. As a people manager, you will lead, mentor, and grow the Financial Systems team, setting clear goals, managing priorities, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. You will act as the primary systems point of contact for the VP Finance Operations on all Q2C topics and serve as a trusted cross-functional partner to Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, Product, and IT, translating business needs into scalable, well-integrated systems. Required qualifications include 8+ years in Business Applications, Enterprise Systems, or Revenue/Finance Operations; hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite; proven experience leading Q2C transformation projects in high-growth SaaS; 2+ years of people management experience; strong project management and communication skills; and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience with AI-driven automation, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology companies is expected. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with subscription business models, revenue operations, and process redesign methodologies.
