Rinse is a consumer laundry and dry cleaning delivery service operating at scale across major North American metropolitan cities. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Brand & Product Marketing to own the intersection of brand, product marketing, and content strategy—ensuring every customer touchpoint, from UX copy to landing pages to social captions, reflects a cohesive, high-quality brand voice.
You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and serve as the day-to-day guardian of voice, quality, and craft across all public-facing product surfaces. This role requires someone who studies what works in marketing, product, and culture, then translates underlying principles into something distinctly Rinse rather than copying surface-level trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own product marketing execution across discovery, new customer acquisition, and cross/upsell flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Evolve and maintain brand voice and quality standards across website, app, social, partnerships, CRM, and all public-facing surfaces.
- Write and edit UX copy across product and site, working closely with product and design teams.
- Plan, write, and manage long- and short-form content production—landing pages, campaign extensions, social content, partnership creative—from brief through final asset.
- Lead SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization) strategy for owned content and site pages.
- Manage content and creative production end-to-end: briefing, scheduling, vendor coordination, and QA.
- Own brand and content experience across social platforms, maintaining consistent point of view and quality.
- Shape partnership UX and co-branded experiences to reflect brand standards.
- Track best practices across brand, product marketing, and content, translating insights into Rinse-specific ideas.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years in product marketing, brand marketing, and/or content with a portfolio demonstrating range across long-form, short-form, and UX writing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to maintain consistent voice across diverse formats (landing pages, push notifications, captions).
- Demonstrated good taste with an eye for quality, craft, and detail reflected in work itself.
- Working knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO practices; comfort partnering with growth and performance teams.
- Experience managing content or creative production (briefing, scheduling, vendor management) with organizational rigor to maintain quality at scale.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: bias toward building and testing over waiting for permission; comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to identify and adapt best practices rather than imitate them.
- Comfort translating strategy across brand, product, and performance stakeholders into measurable outcomes.
