Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is building the world's largest international digital healthcare company, starting with Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. The company operates across 5 markets (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada) and has received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS. The company's goal is to support 1 million patients globally over the next three years.
As Growth Manager, you will own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end, from channel investment and budget allocation through to the customer insights and creative ideas that drive it. This is a strategic role, not campaign execution. You will set the strategic direction by understanding who patients are and why they choose Hers, translating that insight into high-performing creative and messaging, and making smart commercial trade-offs to grow efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own patient acquisition strategy end-to-end, including channel mix, budget allocation, and messaging hypotheses
- Use customer research, patient insight, and performance data to build strategies that attract the right patients at the right cost
- Balance CAC and LTV trade-offs, understanding which patients stay engaged in treatment and using that to inform acquisition decisions
- Build and maintain a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels, creative formats, and audience segments
- Partner closely with the creative team to develop concepts grounded in real patient insight
- Identify highest-leverage opportunities across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and funnel experience
- Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and clinical teams to ensure growth connects to the full patient experience
- Communicate evidence-based perspectives on performance and strategy to senior stakeholders
You will work cross-functionally with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams across Sydney and the UK.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with genuine ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes
- Proven ability to build a growth strategy from scratch; you know what to prioritize and why, not just how to execute
- Comfortable moving between qualitative customer insight and quantitative performance data to form clear strategic views
- Strong understanding of creative as a commercial lever; can brief, evaluate, and iterate in partnership with creative teams
- Commercial instinct with understanding of CAC/LTV dynamics and confidence in budget investment decisions
- Hands-on experience across paid channels, leading with strategy and insight rather than platform mechanics
- Strong communicator and natural cross-functional partner; can influence product, analytics, creative, and clinical teams without direct authority
- Thrives setting own agenda in fast-moving environments
