This role is a high-impact, creative-meets-strategic position reporting to leadership.
As Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, you will own CertifyOS's brand presence, content output, and audience-building channels end-to-end. You will help define how the company shows up in the market, shaping perception among health plan buyers, potential hires, and industry stakeholders.

Build a repeatable content production engine using AI tools, internal SMEs, and external partners.

Drive LinkedIn presence as a brand-building channel with content cadence, follower engagement, and executive ghostwriting programs. Build and grow the owned newsletter with editorial voice, subscriber growth strategy, and content rhythm.
**Events & Sponsorships**: Own the events strategy—identifying and executing industry conferences, roundtables, webinars, and proprietary events. Manage event logistics end-to-end and build Certify's own event programming to position the company as a convener.
**Employer Brand & Internal Communications**: Develop and execute employer brand strategy. Partner with People & Talent on talent marketing. Own corporate communications including executive announcements, company updates, investor communications, and press releases. Build internal brand engagement programs.
