Salary: USD 145,000 - 175,000 / annual
Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable to build and scale the procure-to-pay function for a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You will own the entire accounts payable lifecycle—vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs (ACH, wire, virtual card), and employee expense reporting—while driving process automation and implementing best-in-class financial systems.
Key responsibilities include developing the long-term AP vision focused on scalability and efficiency; overseeing full-cycle AP operations to ensure accurate and timely processing; recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing AP team; proactively identifying and eliminating manual processes through modern financial technology integration; building cross-functional relationships with Procurement, Engineering, and other departments; designing and maintaining robust internal controls for GAAP, SOX, and company policy compliance; and partnering with Treasury and FP&A on cash flow forecasting and KPI monitoring (Days Payable Outstanding, on-time payment metrics).
You bring 8+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing a team. You have demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-volume tech, SaaS, or startup environments, thrive in ambiguity, and possess proven ability to build processes from the ground up. Deep, hands-on experience with ERP systems and AP platforms is essential. You are an exceptional leader and mentor who inspires teams, possess strong analytical and project management skills, and communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Bonus qualifications include direct experience with Sage Intacct and Coupa, experience scaling AP for SOX compliance or IPO readiness, and professional certifications such as CPA or CTP.
