As Senior Manager, Accounting, you will own the day-to-day accounting function and play a key role in building and maintaining the financial infrastructure that supports continued growth. You'll bring a strong audit mindset to everything you touch and partner cross-functionally to ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and built to scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own month-end close, reconciliations, variance explanations, and financial reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
- Bring strong audit mindset to internal controls, compliance, and financial processes
- Research technical accounting matters and prepare clear, well-supported memos for audit and financial reporting
- Apply industry-relevant accounting knowledge to navigate nuances of a high-growth technology and creator economy company
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale accounting systems and workflows
- Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications: 5-8 years progressive accounting experience with strong audit foundation, CPA license, deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards, familiarity with modern accounting tools, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience in technology, e-commerce, or high-growth startups preferred. NetSuite ERP experience is a bonus.
