Archive is a Series B company building the technology platform that powers branded resale for major consumer brands including Lululemon, The North Face, New Balance, Dr. Martens, and Peloton. The secondhand market is growing 3x faster than traditional retail and is projected to reach $350B globally by 2028. Archive is hiring a Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing to own the strategy and execution of how the company reaches and engages its target brand accounts. This is a high-precision ABM role, not broad-funnel demand generation. The TAM consists of approximately 300 named brands across apparel, footwear, children's bikes, and kitchen supplies. Every account matters, and the job is to be the most informed, creative presence in the room before an Account Executive ever gets on the phone. Key responsibilities include: owning the ABM target and forecasting meetings held and opportunities created across the named account list; mapping and maintaining the 300-account universe with defined buying committees (VP Ecommerce, Sustainability lead, Marketing, Ops, Finance) and tailored plays for each segment; monitoring buying signals at both account and individual-stakeholder levels (job changes, competitor contracts, content engagement, Gong threads) to determine when and how to engage; orchestrating multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, paid social, direct mail, events, warm intros) coordinated around signals and stakeholders rather than running parallel campaigns; writing and directing AI to produce outbound copy that earns replies, including BASHOs, ghostwritten executive outreach, and sequences, with the manager as final quality control; finding non-obvious angles into accounts that haven't responded to conventional outreach; designing the ABM system end-to-end (research, signal detection, enrichment, sequencing, CRM, reporting) so each new account requires less manual effort; running paid social and LinkedIn as account-level air cover, not audience-based lead generation; building and rebuilding workflows with AI for signal monitoring, research, and content generation; and partnering closely with two Account Executives daily to coordinate account strategy, ensure quality of every touch, and maintain momentum. The role reports directly to leadership and carries full ownership of the ABM motion. There is no team beneath this position; the manager owns strategy and execution while coordinating with sales and RevOps. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in ABM, demand generation, growth marketing, or outbound strategy, with at least some B2B experience in multi-stakeholder sales cycles - Direct ABM experience: have run account-level (not just persona-level) campaigns and can specifically describe how you mapped a buying committee and sequenced multi-channel touches - Exceptional writing ability: can research a brand and person and produce outreach that earns replies; takes pride in craft - Systems thinking: can describe an ABM engine you designed (not just operated) where research, signal, sequencing, and reporting connected end-to-end and became easier to run iteratively - AI-native with specifics: can walk through at least two workflows you personally built or rebuilt using AI tooling, ideally including signal detection, account/contact research, or buying-committee-level content generation - Creative and relentless: track record of unconventional plays that worked; clear-eyed view of what didn't - Execution-oriented: no team beneath you; you own strategy and build the thing - Organized enough to drive other people: can hold AEs and BDRs to account-level commitments without direct authority; keep dozens of account plays moving - Ability to build credibility with adjacent teams: can describe earning trust from sellers or other functions and what changed their minds - Comfortable in Salesforce and modern GTM/ABM stacks (currently uses Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Gong, HubSpot); have opinions on how these fit together and where dedicated ABM or intent-signal platforms add value - Data-literate: comfortable owning a number, reporting account-level progress, and explaining account movement or stalls - Care about sustainability and belief in secondhand shopping's power to transform the industry BONUS: experience selling into retail, fashion, apparel, or consumer brands; experience with intent-data or signal-monitoring platforms; events experience (conferences, hosted dinners, in-person networking); Salesforce administration or RevOps depth; been the first or only ABM/demand-gen hire at a company.
