Zscaler is seeking a Senior LMS Administrator to manage and optimize the company's learning management ecosystems, including Skilljar and Cornerstone platforms. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Training Operations and serves as a technical anchor for the organization's digital learning infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include comprehensive LMS administration (user access management, compliance reporting, digital learning support), overseeing system health and security, managing the customer support queue by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, and continuously optimizing operational workflows for scalability.
The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of LMS administration experience with deep, verified expertise in Cornerstone (5-6 years of implementation experience including custom events and curriculum building). You should be comfortable with multi-platform configurations (Skilljar and similar systems), possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities across all organizational levels.
Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-powered LMS analytics or automated workflows, Cornerstone Administration certification or advanced implementation expertise, and hands-on LMS coding experience (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or API integration) to customize learner interfaces. A foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions within your functional domain is required.
