Savvy Wealth is a Series B fintech company reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company provides a modern, AI-native platform and business-in-a-box service to advisors, handling everything from investment management to client services. With 150+ employees and 500%+ YoY growth, backed by $105M from top-tier VCs, Savvy is scaling rapidly.
As Senior IT Operations Specialist, you'll be a core member of a small, senior IT team supporting both internal employees and financial advisors (Savvy's clients). You'll deliver exceptional customer service across a hybrid macOS/Windows environment while managing critical SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Rippling, and others.
Key responsibilities include: supporting employee and advisor technical needs through ticketing and troubleshooting; executing weekly advisor migrations into Savvy (email/file transfers to Google Workspace, DNS management including SPF/DKIM/DMARC record changes); managing DNS across multiple providers (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Google Cloud DNS); owning IT provisioning/deprovisioning for employees and advisors with same-day offboarding standards; maintaining office networking, AV systems, and physical security infrastructure; developing scalable IT processes and documentation in Notion; automating employee/advisor lifecycle management via SCIM provisioning and group-based access; and managing SaaS vendor relationships and IT equipment procurement.
You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Advisor Onboarding, and People Ops teams, clearly communicating technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires resourcefulness, client-facing polish, and pride in behind-the-scenes work that keeps operations running smoothly.
Required: 3+ years hands-on IT support experience with onboarding/offboarding and device management; strong Google Workspace administration and MDM knowledge; solid DNS fundamentals with confidence executing record changes; exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills; excellent communication abilities.
