Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 / annual
Syllo is a litigation AI platform that autonomously manages the entire litigation lifecycle for enterprise legal teams. As Senior IT Administrator, you will own Syllo's corporate IT infrastructure for a distributed, fast-scaling team. Your responsibilities include managing the hardware fleet, identity and access management (IAM), device provisioning workflows, and SaaS application administration. You'll ensure the team remains secure, productive, and well-supported across a multi-OS environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the corporate IT estate: manage identity providers (SSO, MFA, group permissions), endpoint devices, and security posture across a distributed workforce
- Scale support with AI: implement AI-driven workflows to automate ticketing, self-service support, and issue reporting for high-velocity resolution
- Partner with Security Engineering to deploy endpoint and identity controls aligned with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
- Drive hardware provisioning: oversee procurement, configuration, shipping, asset tracking, and offboarding recovery
- Administer identity and access: manage identity providers and streamline joiner/mover/leaver workflows
- Optimize the SaaS suite: oversee application inventories, admin privileges, license utilization, and vendor renewal cycles
- Manage vendor relationships with MSPs, hardware resellers, and software vendors
- Build comprehensive IT documentation and runbooks for scalability
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of corporate IT experience, including time as a senior or sole owner of the IT function in a fast-growing environment
- Hands-on experience administering identity providers (Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID) and MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
- Proven experience supporting SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 compliance audits
- Experience managing IT operations for remote-first or distributed workforces
- Practical proficiency leveraging AI tools to automate IT workflows and support integrations
- Strong vendor management and service-minded judgment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Okta, Jamf, Microsoft) are a plus.
