ShipBob is seeking a Senior International Sourcing & Supply Chain Network Manager to serve as the company's first dedicated in-market resource for its international fulfillment network. This is a strategic, high-ownership role combining end-to-end sourcing of new fulfillment nodes across UK, EMEA, and Australia with ongoing performance management of active international partners.
You will own the complete international partner lifecycle: market intelligence gathering, operator qualification, commercial origination, contracting, onboarding, and performance management. You are the single point of contact for all international network activity and the primary commercial presence representing ShipBob to operators, brokers, and landlords across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and qualifying new fulfillment partners across UK, EMEA, and AUS markets
- Conducting market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Managing commercial negotiations and contract development with international operators
- Overseeing partner onboarding and integration into the ShipBob network
- Monitoring and optimizing performance of existing international fulfillment partners
- Serving as the primary liaison between ShipBob and international network operators
- Driving network expansion strategy aligned with 2027+ growth targets
This role reports to the Senior Director of Network Development and requires deep expertise in supply chain partnerships, international business development, and fulfillment operations. You'll work in a high-performance culture with clear accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and direct access to leadership.
