Justworks is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager to own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end. This is a strategic and operational role that combines deep regional expertise with program-building at scale.
You will own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor and broker management, and employee support. You'll ensure benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant across the region. A significant portion of your time (30%) will be dedicated to launching benefits in new EMEA markets—Justworks has 12 new country launches planned for FY27. You'll partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Payroll, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue to ensure every market entry includes a strong benefits component from day one.
You'll build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA, negotiating terms and evaluating plan options to deliver value for clients and their employees. You'll also own benefits data and reporting—tracking enrollment, utilization, and cost data to inform plan design decisions and report on portfolio health.
As the function matures, you'll take on increasing responsibility for program management, including cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design. You'll help build the operating system for how Justworks manages international benefits at scale, serving as the benefits voice in country expansion planning and client-facing discussions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of international benefits experience with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and expansion markets). You thrive at the intersection of operational execution and strategic program building, understand EMEA regulatory nuances and broker ecosystems, and are energized by building scalable processes from scratch. You're comfortable with ambiguity, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and have a track record of managing complex vendor relationships and benefits programs in regulated environments.
