Justworks is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager to lead EMEA benefits operations and strategy. This is a key individual contributor role within the International Benefits team, responsible for owning the full benefits lifecycle across EMEA markets while supporting rapid international expansion.
Key responsibilities include: managing EMEA benefits operations end-to-end (procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, employee support); partnering with cross-functional teams (Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, Revenue) to launch benefits in 12+ new EMEA countries planned for FY27; building and managing relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers; tracking benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data to inform plan design decisions; and progressively taking on broader program management responsibilities as the function matures.
The role requires deep expertise in EMEA benefits landscapes, including regulatory nuances, broker ecosystems, and carrier dynamics. You'll serve as the regional benefits expert ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant. As the function scales, you'll help design the operating system for how Justworks manages international benefits at scale, including cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational execution and strategic program building, with the ability to build scalable processes from scratch while managing day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success teams to integrate benefits decisions into broader international strategy and serve as the benefits voice in country expansion planning and client-facing discussions.
