Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 / annual
Pax8 is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to shape how the organization communicates internally as it grows and evolves. This role is not about distributing information—it's about finding the story inside complex business decisions and making it meaningful to employees across the global company.
You will work directly with executive leaders to develop communication strategies for corporate functions and enterprise initiatives. Your responsibilities include partnering with senior stakeholders on business priorities, translating complex topics into compelling narratives, supporting global all-hands meetings and town halls, creating change communication plans, and measuring effectiveness through engagement data and analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leaders to provide strategic communications support on high-profile initiatives
- Develop communication strategies that connect employees to business goals and organizational priorities
- Support major company moments including all-hands meetings, town halls, and business-wide announcements
- Create communication plans and leader toolkits to help employees navigate organizational change
- Ensure messaging remains aligned and consistent across departments and functions
- Use feedback and communication analytics to evaluate effectiveness and improve outcomes
- Contribute modern approaches and best practices to strengthen employee engagement

REQUIREMENTS:
- Significant experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, Change Communications, or related field
- Experience working across global organizations and communicating with diverse audiences
- Comfortable partnering directly with executive leaders and senior stakeholders
- Ability to turn complex business challenges into clear, engaging narratives
- Experience supporting all-hands meetings, leadership forums, town halls, or large-scale communication initiatives
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation development skills
- Clear, structured, and thoughtful communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Thrive in environments where priorities evolve and no two days look the same
- Build credibility quickly and influence without formal authority
- Curiosity, sound judgment, and genuine passion for storytelling
- Preferred: Exposure to AI-enabled communication practices or modern communication platforms
- Must hold valid right to work in the United States
