Flow is reimagining residential and commercial living through a brand, technology platform, and operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. The company is building human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play converge, with a mission centered on fostering genuine connection and community value.
The Senior Interior Designer role is a hands-on position focused on concept design and spatial visualization. You will work across multiple scales—from individual furniture pieces and built-in elements (banquettes, custom tables) to full amenity spaces and FF&E compositions. Your primary responsibility is to rapidly translate early-stage ideas into tangible 3D forms that the broader team can visualize, evaluate, and ultimately build.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating 3D models and visualizations during the concept phase to test and refine spatial ideas before implementation
- Designing custom furniture and product elements that align with Flow's human-centered design philosophy
- Moving fluidly between object-scale and room-scale design thinking
- Using 3D modeling as a creative exploration tool, not just a presentation medium
- Collaborating with the design and operations teams to bring concepts to life
- Understanding proportions, materials, and spatial relationships to create cohesive interior environments
This is ideal for a designer who thinks spatially, models quickly, enjoys iterative refinement, and sees 3D visualization as a core part of the creative process rather than a final step. You should be comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage work and energized by the challenge of making abstract concepts concrete and buildable.
