As Senior Integrated Producer reporting to the Integrated Production Director, you'll support the creative and experience production team on one of the agency's fastest-growing entertainment and social brand accounts.
You will serve as the operational backbone for the account, working cross-functionally with Client Management, Social Content Managers, and Production teams. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing account plans aligned with strategic and financial goals; managing workload scoping, briefing, quality control, and client communications to maintain world-class service delivery; overseeing budgets, scope changes, purchase orders, and invoicing to ensure project financial health; mentoring and supporting team members with leadership and counsel; and coordinating with internal production teams and external partners including offshore resources.
You'll demonstrate strategic understanding of the agency's services and client business, act as the go-to operational contact internally and externally, and drive process improvements. The role requires 6+ years in advertising or brand/marketing environments with localization and language-driven project experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. You must be skilled at scoping short and long-term workloads, managing timelines independently, and handling production resourcing. Process improvement mindset and ability to implement solutions are valued.
