You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing programs and go-to-market initiatives from the India office. This is a senior role with direct exposure to marketing leadership, responsible for turning strategic priorities into operating cadences, decision-ready materials, and clear owners, milestones, and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
**Program Planning & Delivery**: Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional marketing programs from intake through launch, measurement, and optimization. Translate business priorities into integrated roadmaps, milestone plans, dependency maps, and risk registers. Co-own execution alongside functional leads across brand, product marketing, web, demand generation, events, and marketing operations. Manage portfolio-level visibility across concurrent programs, including prioritization, capacity trade-offs, and risk mitigation. Own the integrated marketing calendar as the shared view of marketing deliverables and timing.
**Operating Cadence & Governance**: Build and run operating cadences that keep priorities, risks, dependencies, and next steps visible. Help define how marketing operates together, establishing the operating model, rituals, and ways of working that scale. Improve intake, prioritization, approval, and launch governance processes. Facilitate senior stakeholder alignment and keep planning tools current.
**Executive Engagement & Reporting**: Partner directly with marketing senior leadership on planning and trade-off decisions. Synthesize inputs from marketing, sales, product, and agency stakeholders into decision-ready briefings. Provide executive-ready visibility into program health, launch readiness, risks, and blockers. Partner with marketing operations and analytics on measurement and success metrics.
**Team Leadership & Capability Building**: Serve as a senior leader within the India marketing operations team, providing direction and coaching to team members. Be accountable for quality, timeliness, and consistency of program delivery. Coordinate closely with the US-based Marketing Operations lead and process/program management counterpart. Build capability that outlasts any one individual. Apply AI tools practically to accelerate briefs, status reporting, and documentation. Maintain sufficient overlap with US business hours on at least a few days per week.
