Relay is a digital banking platform designed for self-made business owners, providing tools and visibility to manage cash flow and build resilient businesses. We're seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Brand team and orchestrate cohesive campaigns across our marketing organization.
In this role, you'll own the integrated campaign calendar end-to-end, setting strategy for how brand moments, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and always-on programs sequence throughout the year. You'll work with the Creative Director and Director of Brand Strategy to align campaign architecture with Relay's brand platform and company goals.
Key responsibilities include writing campaign briefs that serve as a source of truth for partner teams, defining audience, insights, message hierarchy, channel roles, and accountability targets. You'll run the operating cadence that keeps campaigns on track—managing kickoffs, checkpoints, launch readiness reviews, and retrospectives while escalating risks early and specifically.
You'll own integrated campaign measurement, defining what campaigns are accountable for holistically rather than as a sum of channel metrics. You'll work with Data and RevOps to ensure tracking exists pre-launch and present results that drive action across the marketing team and company.
You'll raise the bar on how Relay markets by turning post-campaign learnings into repeatable planning systems, building templates and rituals that scale as the team grows, and embedding AI into briefing, asset development, and reporting workflows. You'll partner closely with the Creative Director and in-house Creative Studio to turn milestone brand campaigns into integrated work that attracts audiences throughout the funnel.
You bring 7+ years in integrated, campaign, or brand marketing roles, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech. You're a pro-level Asana user who has led major cross-functional campaigns without direct authority. You have strong storytelling and creative concepting instincts, with a portfolio of briefs that unlocked impactful work. You understand the mechanics of paid, lifecycle, organic, product marketing, and creator channels deeply enough to be a genuine thought partner. You can define, measure, and prove integrated campaign impact through frameworks and readouts that drive decisions. You've owned campaign budgets, made tradeoff decisions under constraint, and are organized, detail-oriented, and trusted with high-stakes relationships. You're AI-fluent in planning, briefing, producing, and analyzing, and your ideas are grounded in genuine curiosity about how small business owners think about money.
