OpenLoop is a telehealth platform company that powers complete virtual-care businesses across all 50 states. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will own the hands-on technical implementation of OpenLoop's platform for enterprise clients, translating approved solutions into production-ready implementations.
You will manage the full technical lifecycle: configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment. This includes patient intake, eligibility, identity, clinical workflows, prescribing, pharmacy, labs, fulfillment, payments, support and reporting. You'll work as an individual contributor partnering closely with a Technical Project Manager who owns the overall cross-functional plan.
Key responsibilities include: translating client requirements into technical work breakdowns; configuring the platform using established patterns; implementing and validating third-party integrations via APIs and webhooks; executing data migrations and transformations using SQL and scripting; building and executing comprehensive test plans covering workflows, failure paths, and data integrity; partnering directly with client technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues; preparing environments for UAT and providing technical sign-off; troubleshooting production issues by isolating root causes; distinguishing between configuration issues, deployment defects, data problems, and genuine product gaps; and maintaining complete technical documentation.
You'll also contribute reusable configurations, scripts, and implementation patterns to accelerate future launches. The role requires understanding both operational and clinical processes—you validate workflows from the patient and operator perspective, not just the system perspective.
You are a technical builder who prefers hands-on configuration and troubleshooting over coordination. You think in complete journeys, use evidence (logs, payloads, test results) to establish facts, prefer supported standard patterns over elegant one-offs, work effectively with client engineers and stakeholders, remain accountable through production stabilization, and clearly distinguish implementation problems from product defects.
