Twilio is seeking a Senior Impartner Administrator to own the technical operations of the partner ecosystem platform. This role serves as the technical backbone for Twilio's Global Partnerships teams, managing the Impartner PRM platform and its critical integration with Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day technical operations of Impartner PRM, including access controls, page layouts, content management, and portal branding across global regions.
- CRM Integration: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot the data sync between Impartner and Salesforce, ensuring accurate flow of leads, accounts, and custom deal registration data.
- Workflow Automation: Build automated partner lifecycles using Impartner's Journey Builder, including milestone alerts, tier progressions, and customized onboarding tracks.
- Channel Enablement: Architect and maintain partner competency programs, training modules, and certification pathways within the portal.
- Lead & Deal Management: Oversee lead distribution algorithms, deal registration routing, and Market Development Funds (MDF) workflows.
- Platform Governance: Audit system logs, enforce data health standards, and ensure compliance with corporate data protection policies across both platforms.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct UAT, build testing protocols in sandbox environments, and execute production deployments for new integrations and module releases.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of dedicated PRM administration experience with deep Impartner expertise and current Impartner Certified Administrator credential. Must hold a current Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred). Proven track record managing complex API syncs, custom field mapping, and sync exception resolution required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment essential.
