Quince, a Series D direct-to-consumer fashion and accessories company founded in 2018, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at its Las Vegas warehouse facility. The role is embedded onsite and reports to the Director of People – North America.
You will serve as the primary HR business partner to warehouse leadership, managing a growing team of 250–450 hourly, temporary, and full-time employees. Responsibilities include owning employee relations, compliance, and investigations; partnering on workforce planning and shift-based organizational design; translating company-wide onboarding, offboarding, and training programs for frontline teams; and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws including OSHA and wage/hour regulations.
Key focus areas are driving engagement, retention, and recognition programs tailored to hourly workers; analyzing trends in turnover, absenteeism, and performance; supporting leadership in designing performance incentives and organizational structures; and enabling functions that support operational excellence and safety.

Required: 6–10+ years in an HR Manager or HRBP role with warehouse operations experience onsite; 2+ years in a distribution center or manufacturing HR environment. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with shift-based staffing models, hourly workforce engagement, and labor compliance in high-volume operations.
